Hi does anyone know the chances of winning an appeal when the decline was due to distance from the school ?

Any help would be gratefully received in preperation for appeal.

Under Cheshire education authority but applied for wirral school

I would suggest looking at the Wirral section below for advise,also there is an appeal section aswell .
