I would ask the children whose parents are eating into your lesson time some difficult 11+ questions, and then tell them your child finds them very easy. If this doesn't cause a hasty retreat you could then ask the child in an overloud voice if they could book a longer session some other day to clear up the difficulties as their current slot does not seem to be long enough. Mother might soon shuffle them off fast as possible.
Another trick is to ask the ones who come into your session too early if they've got a spare tenner as you haven't got enough with you this week to pay the tutor.
