11+ tuitions

Hi,
I was just wondering whether anyone knows what the qualification an 11+ teacher should possess?
I am trying to get my 2nd DD a tutor, and was wondering whether theer should be any specific qualification of the teacher that I should check out for.

I would have thought that previous successes and recommendations would be a good start.
