Hi, I am new to the 11+, my dd is due to sit both the Bexley and Kent tests in September this year. We live in Bexley so she will sit this test at her school, but when will I know when to apply for the Kent test? Do I just need to keep checking this site? make a call and register my intent? if anyone can help I'd be eternally grateful....

Yes, and of course don't forget to look at both the Bexley and Kent sections of the forum under Regions.

I'm pretty sure when we were applying to do Kent tests (oob) two years ago we had to apply in early July. Unfortunately looks like it has become more difficult to get into a Kent school from ooa since then (tho' we decided on a Bexley grammar anyway).

Hi emmajhome

you MUST register for the test between 1st June to 2nd July 2012. have a look at the table on p.4 of

https://shareweb.kent.gov.uk/Documents/ ... 202013.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

taken from the Kent county Council website

http://www.kent.gov.uk/education_and_le ... _2013.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Good luck :)
