11 plus meeting

Hi Bexley2!!
My daughter took the Bexley 11 + last year, and was not allowed to mark the question sheet.
What will happen with the CAF form is that every school you have selected will receive your child's name as a potential pupil. Each school will then apply their admissions criteria and send a list back to the LEA with all the childrens names and their position on the schools place or waiting list. At this point your child could technically have an offer of 6 places had you listed 6 schools on your CAF. The LEA will then accept the offer from the highest placed school on your application and remove your child's name from the other five, so everyone below your child on those 5 lists then moves up a place.
Obviously if someone has listed 3 grammar schools but is not offered a selective place, they will not be considered by those 3 schools.
Good Luck
Bexley
