Does anyone know when the results for Berks in county come through and are they sent via the school. My son is sitting his Berks 11+ this Thursday at his junior school ?

It doesn't seem fair that many areas get to know the results in November whilst here in Birmingham we have to wait from Oct/Nov until allocation day on 3rd March - WAY too long to be stressed!

Wouldn't it make sense for results to be made known BEFORE school preference forms have to be returned? At least then only successful candidates or those likely to be on waiting lists would apply for Grammar Schools and the unsuccessful ones could instead choose 6 other schools / CTCs[/img]
