11+ tutors cannot access the list and recommendations for pm

Dear Sir or Madam,
I cannot access the tutors list (linked) to this website as it says it contains malware. Secondly if I want recommendations of tutors in Birmingham area, and want to PM them. How do I know which members are based in Birmingham?
