Can anyone tell me the name of the Examination Board that administered the 11+ examinations in Sutton during the 1960's please?

The Editor's Note at the start of this book https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1843172976" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; suggests that the test was set by each LEA for their own area.

Why do you ask?

I sat the exam in 1964 but never saw the result. In order to find it, I understand from my LEA that I need to ask the examination board.

I would be surprised if they have still have the results from 1964

I'm afraid that the likelihood of your result still being available after 52 years is infinitesimally small. I believe that here in Bucks, answer papers and results are retained for no more than 5 years, and I would imagine that most areas would have a similar protocol.

With the Data Protection Act of 1998 came a test of "relevance" when retaining personal data: if the data is not being kept for a demonstrable purpose, it must be destroyed.
