You need to post this message in the region where you will be sitting the eleven plus exam.
There are lots of different formats used by different schools so nobody can advise you until you specify which schools you are going to sitting and where they are based.
If you look in the regions you should be able to find a region that covers the area where you live. DG

Ilford County is 100% CEM, you need to read the CEM section and go to the forum shop and buy some CEM books.
Don't waste time doing anything that is not CEM. There is so much CEM material you will not run out. Sign up for some CEM mocks as well. DG

On same time year 4 is too early start real preparations as per me. If you are targeting only one region then you can start preparing start of year 5.
Right now if you want to do something then ,just focus on basic maths concepts & building vocabulary. Vocabulary play very critical part in CEM.

+1.
Let them be a child. Read with them every night and, if you must, practise times tables but do it in a fun way. Play games like Boggle and Scrabble and Yahtzee, amongst others. Hangman is another good one - all of them will help break the codes in CEM but will let your child be what they are a Year 4 child....
