Private message function

I have recently registered on the site and would like to contact a forum member through private message, however realised that this function is unavailable to myself as I am only newly-registered. The reason for private messaging/contact is to enquire about tutors and tutoring establishments - which I had thought would be removed by the moderators if this was posted in the forum itself. How can I contact a forum member?

You should be able to send PMs now that you have made your first post on the forum.

Some users do not have PM function enabled and if it is one such you won't be able to PM them.
