is there Sixth Form Entry for these schools if a child is in the state school?

Have you looked at the school web sites? It will be under "Admissions"? I don't believe QE (which is a state school anyway) takes any more pupils in 6th form, but check the website (it reduces the number from year 11 to year 12).

QE only has one entry point and that is Y7

I notice from your other posts that your DC is still fairly young, I really wouldn't worry about 6th form just yet, things and children have a tendency to change a lot in the first 5 years of secondary school!
Concentrate on moving from primary to secondary and don't worry about 6th form entry - one step at a time.
