Hi i am new in this forum.I just need some help plz.My son passed bexley 11+ with 240 score and 392 in kent test.I live in greenwich borough .I live 3.60 straight line mile away from bexley grammer school,5.60 straight line miles away from Beth grammer school and 4.20 straight line miles away from chislehurst and sidcup grammer school. My main concern is there any chance to get grammer school or need to move closer to bexley. Is there any chance to get Dartford grammer school.Help and advice will be appreciated.thanks

Re: Advice and help for grammer school
I think you would be fine for Beths, last year Beths took all boys who qualified. Also your son's score of 392 in Kent is good, if it was in previous years, it would have been enough for Dartford, no more knows about this year, it may well be also, so list the schools in your order of true preference I think is the best advice and make sure you have a school listed that you know you'll get. All the best!riwaj wrote:Hi i am new in this forum.I just need some help plz.My son passed bexley 11+ with 240 score and 392 in kent test.I live in greenwich borough .I live 3.60 straight line mile away from bexley grammer school,5.60 straight line miles away from Beth grammer school and 4.20 straight line miles away from chislehurst and sidcup grammer school. My main concern is there any chance to get grammer school or need to move closer to bexley. Is there any chance to get Dartford grammer school.Help and advice will be appreciated.thanks

To add to Olucares advice, look in the Bexley and Kent sections of this forum also. Consider the journeys too - often the children have heavy school bags and sports kit. Greenwich to Dartford is a straightforward journey on the train but there is a 20 minute walk uphill from Dartford station to the school.
