bexley 11plus

I was a bit late in preparing my daughter for 11plus at bexley. May you please advice on most relevant books please
Bond books are good place to start.
The only problem for maths it doesn't cover the theory.
I have started an ebook which made up of various internet resources to
cover all the theory needed. I use to teach 11 + students...I can send you copy of the articles so far (about 50% of the book completed) if you PM me
