Filling out and submitting SCAF

I have just been looking through the kent threads and now must go back onto my bexley confirmation email and send it to my other email address and to my husbands email and my mum's for good measure, also I must print it off (maybe I will do that twice and ask my mum to look after one copy 
). Has anyone filled in the "reasons for selection (optional)" box? I am worrying that I should have! 'Worrying' at 1am - what's new?
