St Olave vs KE Camphill (B'ham)

St Olave vs KE Camphill (B'ham)
DS got in St Olave (likely) and Birmigham Grammar school. He may get in KE Camphill.
For distance wise, both of us are same as we need to move at one of the place.
I am thinking for SO as 1st choice however bit dilemma by reading negative reviews about it...
Also checked ranking (on BBC and FT) and KE is not far from SO.
Any advice please...

I have little info on KE Camphill boys but know that the KE Camphill girls is a very good school.
I think every school has pros (good headteacher staff, specialisation, facilities, infrastructure & pastoral care) and cons (lack of all items in the pros list, bullying incidents & high staff turnaround etc).
Rankings are a good indicator but does not cover everything. You may need to take a call based on how does it suit you in terms of:
* Your ds's liking to the school
* Affordability (buying house near to the school)
* Commuting to work
* Your friends in/around the area
* Visit the school - open day and at other times
* Talk to parents whose children are in these school
I know there's little time left in CAF. You can also try posting a thread in Birmingham region.
