Top 180 destinations

Hi all,
Does anyone know how many of the top 180 children go to Townley and Bexley Grammar?

The stats can only be produced by school itself (which they don't) OR if all the top 180 children's parents put it together (unlikely).

My ds was in the top 180 and he didn't go. I also know couple who fall in the same bucket.

The information is supplied to those who appeal for the school. I know lots of children who were top 180 who didn't take a place. I need to know those who did take a place.

Anybody knows someone who appealed and has that information ?

I should think that the education authority would know the answer. From my experience, it is a broad mix - each Bexley grammar will get some, others will go to Dartford, St. Olave's etc. Some who take the Bexley exam will also take Kent and St. Olave's or Newstead Wood (possibly others further away too), so I would guess that maybe 20 + would go to each Bexley grammar. But this really is just a guess.

This year:
10 to Beths
24 to Chis & Sid

approximately 30 to 40 to Bexley (as per what the head said on the open day)

Anyone know about Townley?

To give you some idea, four children in dd's class were top 180
Two are going to BGS, one has since moved away from the area, and one has chosen an independent school
So none of the four chose Chis & Sid, Townley or BETHS

Hi Salsa. If the information for the other schools all comes from heads/open days (I'm assuming this based on what you say about Bexley GS), is it possible to ask Townley? I did go to their Open Evening but can't remember it being mentioned.
