Romeojuliet your DDs total score was 231 then? I don't think the cut off has ever been higher than 225 so you should be absolutely safe.

Please can someone tell me about last year (2013) or the year before (2012) or 2011 cut off marks ?

I am very worried as I donot have any historical data of the cut off marks and the potential cut off for this year (2014)

Bobbysox you are so sweet! I'm not often quiet, that's true.. Our DD scored 230 so we are very pleased - she really worked hard so now we just have to recover from the effort. Her elder sister is at Newstead so there was lots of pressure on her. Now her sister says she won't speak to her when she goes as she'll be an embarrassing year 7 minion!

Newstead final cut off for Sept 2014 entry was 219/220 - some girls were allocated places only in the second week of September!

Any idea how many kids sat for the Newstead Wood exam this year vs last year? Trying to understand the possibility of my DD's chances as her scores aren't too high..
