Last year I was in your shoes and got the results for DD2 who also passed which was great as we are in close proximity for the school of our choice and already have a sibling so it was job done and allocation day was pretty much a non event in our house.

Although it was a happy occasion, especially because it was the last time we had to go through the process., I got some test results too today.
My DD1 had a mole removed last week. The specialist was worried that it was a malignant melanoma, the surgeon just phoned with the test results … it was just a mole. I just wanted to share because it puts the 11+ result in to prospective. Those of you who have passed, well done. Those who are still waiting, good luck and those who did not get the result they were hoping for, there really are worse things than not passing the Bexley test. With the right support at home they will do well regardless of the result.

Just received our letter DD got a score of 263. She is among the top 180 as per the letter. Feeling very happy and thrilled. We are OOC. So this is good news for us

Got ours, DS passed, not top 180. We live just over 5.5 miles from Beth's as crow flies, they say last year they went up to 8 miles, so hopefully ok? Not sure whether to relax or not.

Merlinfc, yes, you are absolutely spot on. So glad you got good news. A very helpful post, too, on a day like this.

I was following this thread from it creation and refreshing the page every minutes from office. Then couldn't wait any more called my wife at home. We are OOC and son cracked it (within 180, score 259). Feeling really proud and happy for him. All the best to those who are waiting in the office for the result.

Our DS scored 258 and surprisingly made it in top 180. Really useful post initiated today.
