I kept going through the links to register for Bexley and it's taking me to the council website. When I click the MORE it just says the page is down. Is this a problem everyone is having?
I'm using this page and clicking the big green button!

That has changed in the years since DD did the tests! The link worked for me, but I did have to tick the box saying I'd read the terms before I could click on 'next' (it was definitely next rather than 'more').
