Hi, Is there a process for paper revaluation for Newsteadwood?

Has anyone done this before and did the scores change?

There was a poster the year before last but they wiped most of their posts and didn't respond to queries. They did get a remark and the mark they said claim it went up (if I remember correctly) by 20 points, the fact they deleted all this I don't know how much this can be verified. I have also had a personal message where someone says they asked for a remark and it didn't change at all. I think remarks are rare and do take a big toll on the school's resources so not sure on their policy now. I have heard that they inform parents they second mark them at the outset - i.e. one person marks and then a second marks immediately afterwards and they review at the time any discrepancy - so there shouldn't be a need for a remark. You will need to contact the school to ask more if you want to enquire further.

It is usual for parents to find that their DDs did well in other tests but not the Newstead one, this happened with DD she was just shy of the top 180 in Bexley and did well in Newstead but not stellar. It is a tricky test. Also the timing is different to other tests in that you can't go back on certain parts of it to check.
