- 2020 entry the offer day score was 220, someone with 219 was 10th on waitlist.
- For 2019 entry the offer day score was 223, not all on 223 got an offer that day
- For 2019 entry by start of September term it had gone down to 218, waitlist position 27
- For 2018 entry the offer day score was 222, not all on 222 got an offer that day
- For 2018 entry by spring it had gone down to 220 and waitlist position 13
- For 2018 by end of July it had gone down to 219, waitlist position 23
- The lowest the required score has ever gone in recent years was the 2016 entry when it was 215 by September.

Gosh it’s really so difficult to know likelihood an offer or not, with such annual variations!

There isn't that much difference in recent years it has typically gone down to around 217 or 218 except for 2016 when it went down to 215. After 1st of March the look at the waitlist position as that might be a better guide. There may have been some put off sitting this year so there is a chance the score may be lower would be my guess but who knows!

Have you got a date for when the results are out?

Are those scores including pupil premium? Because this year, the policy says that priority will be pp if they are above 210! How that could affect the selection criteria?

They have had pupil premium for the last few years now, it hasn't seemed to affect the scores.

Thank you very much for your help. How do you think 222 non pupil premium would likely to get an offer?
