Love liquorice, but not a fan of chewing the root. My mother was brought up not far from Pontefract, so must be in the genes.

I do like the salt liquorice, but I was introduced to the Finnish stuff (has ammonium chloride in :shock: ) by student working for me one summer. I really did like that, but I was the only one. More for me then.

Who doesn't love liquorice :D I still buy Catherine Wheels when I get a craving for something sweet!

ETA I must try salt liquorice as it sounds the best of both worlds. Can I find it in the "Foods of the World" aisles?

Liquorice is incredible isn’t it? Sort of so not nice it’s delicious!!!

I remember being told when I went over my due date with DS that liqourice would help... I made the most of that advice :lol:
