GCSE OCR Economics - Year 10

It seems Dd needs a bit of hand-holding with her Economics. She is currently in Year 10 and Unit 2 of her PPE was not up to her expected level. She did alright on Unit 1.

Can anyone suggest any good resources online she may be able to make use of or any decent books we can purchase? She has set up a meeting with her Teacher and is determined to improve herself.

Any tips most welcome.

Setting up a meeting with the teacher sounds very sensible so I'd wait and see what the teacher suggests first. They will probably suggest support materials or it may just be a question of exam technique. It might be worth asking if the teacher is prepared to mark some extra practice questions from unit 2 past papers. If not you can find mark schemes on line and mark them yourself.

We have Parents eve next week so I'll talk to them myself too, I believe she'll be sitting Unit 2 practice again and I've just downloaded some past papers/mark starting to build up for next year.
