GCSE fast track maths
Dear all,
Does anybody know what GCSE fast track maths is ? And would it be beneficial ?
Is it a lot of extra pressure ? my understanding is that the GCSE higher level Maths Syllabus is completed in 1 year (year 10) and year 10 is an extension paper.
Has anybody's son/daughter gone through this. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Re: GCSE fast track maths
Do not do this - universities want to see all GCSEs taken together. It's far more important to get a grade 9 in GCSE maths than do whatever else is being suggested.bubbles123 wrote:Dear all,

Is the Year 11 'extension' - FMSQ or level 2 FMaths or ...? [There is nothing called 'extension']
