As our Y10s reach the end of their first full year of GCSE content the discussion rumbles on about whether they will sit regular exams or not.

With no practical fieldwork, limited lab work and in our case difficulty completing sports assignments for PE, it looks as though standard exams will be very challenging to deliver.

DD1 has just completed Y10 exams, and is starting to ask questions about next year and what it might mean. The only advice I can offer her right now is stay on top of the work, build your revision bank and try to keep some balance. Easier said than done, I think. How are the rest of the 2022 cohort coping?
