Hi everyone. I have been lurking on this website for a while and have found it to be very interesting and useful.

My DD is in Y10 Grammar at the moment and I am hoping to move her to a different school for sixth form (either indie or grammar - but with a good emphasis on Science subjects) (don't mind boarding) although I would seriously have to look at scholarships and bursaries.

I may consider looking at good girls or co-educational boarding in the London area. Wondering if anyone has taken this path and if you have any ideas of schools I could look at. Is it possible to get 100% scholarship through any of these? (Otherwise, like some of the other mums, it is going to be beans on toast for a while.) Obviously, a lot depends on the entrance tests. My DD plays piano to Grade 4 standard at the moment, not sure if she could apply for a Music scholarship although she won't necessarily be taking music for A levels. Thanks in advance for your help.
