AQA Biology B3 Exam June 2010

According to my DD, it appears the AQA Biology A3 was poorly received again. Lots of complaints from pupils and teachers that there was a load a material that was not in the sylabus. Same thing happens in the January exam.
Apparently the school is going to write a letter of complaint to AQA.

DD and friends thought Biology ok - I did hear that a lot of people thought the Chemistry paper 3 considerably harder than expected and that there was a lot of complaining on facebook; the rumour is that some teachers had complained it was getting too easy...
At least it's all done - hope everyone survived it all - or at least can soon see the end of the tunnel - and that DCs are looking forward to a well deserved rest!

Bit confused about which paper you are referring to - isn't paper 3 the practical?
If you mean Biol4 - which was the infamous 'shrew' paper in January then DC thought is was much more syllabus based this time around.
Whatever the case I hope all DCs are doing well & indeed make it to the end in one piece! 8 1/2 days to go
