Which degree subjects earn you the highest salary after qualification? Does a post-graduate degree result in higher earning potential?

The Higher Education Statistics Agency recently released the Destination of Leavers Survey (http://www.hesa.ac.uk/content/view/2939/) which surveyed Higher Education leavers from the 2008/2009 cohort 3.5 years after leaving. Information on how the information was gathered and the statistical approaches taken can be found in the link above.

One interesting aspect of the survey was around degree subjects. The following data visualisation aims to give a simple indication of salary trend by degree subject and qualification level. By filtering the data, you can compare salary ranges at different qualification levels and subject areas.

I hope you find this information useful.

Very helpful presentation, thank you.

Do they do equivalent data for 5 years or so in?
