Panic attack

hi, just had the time to visit the forum with a massive panic attack. ds will be sitting the exam and i am so.......nervous!!!! any tips and advise!!!!

Do some mocks so you can find out what level he is currently at so you know the level of prep you need to do between now and the exam. When is the exam DG

try not to let DS see your nerves - hard I know, but it will not help him.

Try yoga, retail therapy, food, friends in the same boat etc et or if all else fails take up residence on the forum but whatever you do, keep the stress to yourself, DS will find parental stress harder to handle than you may realise.
