Hi guys.

I just wanted to highlight a fact that I came to learn of. This may be known to everyone already lol but I didn't know so I''ll tell you.

Recently the allocations happened for Woodford/Ilford County and some of your kids have been rejected. They may have gained an 11+ plus score score which was high but still just on the border of not hitting that 120 rank (or whatever that ranking system is) therefore meaning he/she narrowly missed out a place.
The fact is that there are quite a few dropouts that will free up spaces in September so don't lose faith if you are the parents of such kids. There were a few kids who left ICHS sometime between September-March to leave for other independent schools: meaning replacement kids came in. These replacements, logically, were the borderline cases.
I had always thought the Waiting List wouldnt yield much hope but it turns out that it does. :D
Dunno if this happened to yr7 Woodford County though
