I saw a similar topic regarding Latymer school and so I though it would be really useful to hear from parents whose children go to Ilford county high for boys or Woodford county for girls. What is your opinion of the school (atmosphere, teaching, homework, etc) or your child's feelings about the school? It would definitely help us picture the school more than relying solely on the impressions from the open day visit. Thanks for any input.

I think I can give my opinion about ICHS bur prior to that I would like to know are you asking this under the terms as general question or you are thinking of sending your DS to there?

That is our first choice, yes.

Please go for that if you have put ICHS on top of the list, & if you think your DS would always get close to 90% for the rest of his school life. By the way, what is your 2nd choise?

I have botha boy and a girl so i am interested to know about both schools. Ilford countty seems to get mixed opinions. Can anyone tell me why? Could any parents whose children are there share their experiences please, regarding honework, atmosphere in the school, reachers attitudes, fruendships, subjećt areas (is it mostly maths that they are good at, putting lots of pressure on, or is English/ languages, etc of equal sandard)?

I d like to know too abt Ichs. Please anyone on the forum to offer advice. Thx
