Hi all,

I wanted to know more about the school coach service to Henrietta Barnett school from the Newbury Park/ Goodmayes area. I can’t find anything online- but someone did mention to me that there is one. If any of you have experience, could you please tell what time it comes, and how long it takes.

That sounds like a completely appalling journey. North London to Essex? I pity the poor child.

Just had a quick look on Google and it came up with this:

The spelling mistakes alone would put me off .

HBS does not operate any school coach services.

It is left to parents to make their own arrangements with private bus companies.

This is a private bus company that drops students at QE and at HBS at 730am in the morning.

How do both schools deal with students arriving at 730am every morning? DG

They're not dropping off at 7.35 - that's the time of the last specified pick-up. Google says it's about half an hour from Crooked Billet roundabout to HBS but that's the middle of the afternoon in August, not morning peak in September.

HBS does not open its doors to students until 8am. This is a clear, enforced policy.

If you are happy for your dd to be waiting on street corners in the rain then way to go. Alternatively, think about their wellbeing and find a school nearer to where you actually live.
