Apologies if this is a really ridiculous question, but is it the exact same paper for entry to WCHS or ICHS?

Just about the whole reason why candidates can only have the results from the first attempt counted - should they manage to circumvent the rules and take the exam in two different sessions - is that it is the same exam.

Your DD will get separate standardised scores for each school you registered her for, though. The 'WCHS' cohort will include in it girls who registered for both schools (and any others using the same exam, e.g. Kendrick, the Slough schools, the Gloucestershire schools, if they also registered for WCHS) but also those who only registered for WCHS. Similarly, the 'CCHS' cohort will consist of the girls who registered only for CCHS and those who registered for both CCHS and WCHS (and any of the other areas as before, who also registered for CCHS).

Yes, sorry - just reread your question .

But the answer to that is Yes

Standardisation for the boys would ces carried out in the same way - so if you had registered with say, Reading School as well as ICHS (goodness knows why, but just looking for an all-boys equivalent to CCHS in the same CEM group ), you would get two different standardised scores.

As you would for a boy registering for ICHS and girl registering for WCHS, with the same date of birth and same raw scores, as the 'school' cohort would be different.

No problem, thanks for your answer. It makes sense that it would be the same paper, I just got wondering due to differing ‘reports’.
