Clarification on 'Affinity Bias'
Affinity bias is a tendency to warm up to people like ourselves. How this plays out in an organisational context: when you select somebody to work in your organisation, you tend to prefer someone like yourself. For example, the founder selected team members similar to him, who in turn selected people who were similar to them, and so on, perhaps ultimately impacting the diversity and inclusion you were consciously hoping to achieve. It rings a bell to me when 'native speaker' is mentioned as a prerequisite qualification for mastery of English. But I do see your point @Sally-Anne regarding use of language.

not "here are came" - it's this kind of confusion of grammar that I was referring to.

And this statement has confused me even more as in your original post you talk about all the work you have done and "here are some examples I made" and please do not ask to buy, all implying that this is stuff you have created yourself...but now you are saying you have copied the examples from other sources? You must know you can't pass work off as your own (plagiarism) and certainly can't sell it unless you are crediting (often financially) the original author?

If you are looking for proof-readers, my advice would be to Google them - there are many freelance proofreaders available for hire - specialists, (rather than intelligent people on an 11+ forum) - I am not sure why you would not want specialists to do this job - I would, to avoid the kind of errors you have made up top, albeit in a different sphere.

Or, ask for this thread to be locked, and in the Everything Else section, open a thread entitled "proof-readers wanted for data (whatever it was)" as, from what you are now saying, it is nothing to do with 11+ vocabulary and this thread is all a red herring (rather than what I assumed initially, an attempt to try and sell your vocabulary product).

I do wish you luck in acquiring some proof readers and, if you were hoping to make a business out of your vocabulary activities, then please DO ensure you hire someone with a really, really solid grasp of the English language - the one thing people will always pick up on in an English Language book is any grammar and punctuation errors or spelling mistakes!

If you are advertising for someone to edit and rewrite your work then do so, but be open about it. Please do NOT, however, pass your work off as gold-standard 11 plus material, because it really isn't.

Thank you but not thank you for your Straw Man Fallacy @piggys. I felt your words right from beginning like attacking me rather than helpful advice.
I have no intention pass it off as 'gold-standard 11 plus material' as yet. I did invite you to enlighten me for where it can be improved, the invitation still stands.
If you would like suggest a better edit line by line, let's hear it.
