Post by rcbhowal »

Good morning All,
My son is trying this September for Ilford country high School which exam body is CEM. Would you be able to let me know following information please:

(01) What is the lenght of questions, I mean what is the total marks for the 2 hour exam?

(02) what is the pass mark to be in waiting list?

Look forward

Kind regards

I'm not sure whether it's a fixed pass score or cohort dependent, but last year, a standardised score of 104 was required to be eligible for a place at either ICHS or WCHS or to be included on the waiting list.

As to exactly how many questions, no idea, I'm afraid

The score to get a place will depend on the quality of the applicants.

Nobody, not even the school, knows what it will be this year. It will all depend on how much preparation has been done by the applicants.

There is a lot of CEM material available and many schools using CEM.

No point worrying about it. Focus on your own preparation. DG
