What is best method to teach Metric conversions quickly ? do they need to learn all types of conversions or any specific.

For B’ham it was just general ones - e.g 100cm in 1m, 1000ml in 1ltr etc. I’m not sure of any specific method to teach them, it’s just a case of remembering them. Possibly do live examples - get a measuring jug and tape measure out and ask your DC to measure different things - the various measurements are generally shown on a jug so your DC can maybe relate to it easier.
