There will be movement, but the website won't be updated with WL position any more.Pavani wrote:Will there be any movement in August generally ?
Or do we wait until the school reopens in September?

So if there is a movement, will we get emails before the school starts in September

Yes, the Admissions team continue to contact people over the summer.

Wondering if there has been any WL movement after the school opened last week
Re: QE Boys Allocations thread 01 March 2022
There has been no movement since July.

If that's really the case, I'm amazed.Pavani wrote:There has been no movement since July.
I know the website still says "WL has reached 22", but in the past that line was removed during the summer hols. So it may be the case that it's been left on this year but not updated since July.
Have new QE year 7 parents heard any reports of no-shows when school started?
Re: QE Boys Allocations thread 01 March 2022
QE has not offered any seats after WL 22 as I know the boy with WL 23 and still waiting to hear from the school.
Re: QE Boys Allocations thread 01 March 2022
That is very unusual. I guess it's possible that a boy took the exam, did well but submitted a very late application and moved towards the very top of the waiting list. As parents aren't issued with revised waiting list positions, they wouldn't know if a place was allocated to such a late applicant.
