Could they be: All swans are white, Fred is white, therefore Fred is a swan, True or False. Just an idea!

Ok, what is it with Leeds United? Couple of less than accepatble results lately. Why are they masters of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. I am running out of nails and God forbid I may have to resort to chewing my partners!

The trouncing of Wednesday restored my faith following the postponement of the League/Cup double (as long as England don't nab Blackwell!). May will be fraught...

Incidentally, and should be of interest to those waiting QE results, what is your take on the way the school appears to encourage a number of boys to leave before 6th form? It's not clear to me how 'encouraging' they are.

On your last point I know someone who works in Post-16 education and they do get quite a few boys from QEB who were 'encouraged' to leave - more so than from other schools. Make of this what you will.
