It would be great to know if anyone who was in that list of 27 and accepted the place will be turning down a DAO place as well as Sizzler.

It's very difficult to guess how many people will decide to release their place. Of course there is a chance, but you have to be prepared to wait.

Last year, very similar position on WL at the end of March (maybe 28?, can't remember exactly). By the end of July it definitely got to 48 and possibly another couple of places, since website was not updated last 2 weeks of the summer term. Also, a few (very few) started in September.

Please can someone advise on when would the next round of allocations be? Would QE boys be updating their website very 2 weeks? or do we call the school admissions for updates?

Last year, the second update to the WL came towards the end of April (unlike HBS, QE's admissions team don't seem to work through the Easter hols!)

They're definitely back at work this week. Have you tried calling them?

After the second batch, updates will be ad hoc, as and when places become available and offers are made.
