Please can you tell me- is this school very conventional and strict for a child with a more independent mind that doesn't particularly take rigid rules too well? I am reading headteachers message about buttoning collars and behaviour and it's appearing a bit much not relaxed and warm?

Hi the school is quite strict in terms of uniform and discipline. However, my son who is definitely quite a character and very independent is very happy there. I am sure your child would be fine.
