Coach routes have never been on the school's website.

If you've received an offer of a place at QE, the booking form would be in the offer pack sent to you.

Current QE parents received this info by email yesterday. If this new route list wasn't ready to send out before Easter, I'm sure they'll be contacting prospective parents. Otherwise, if your DS is starting at the school next year and you don't hear from them, just contact the office.

This is the email for existing students.
If you want your son to use the service from September then please email coaches@qebarnet.co.uk stating your son’s full name and form and the pick-up point you would like him to use. For example:

Dear QE,

I confirm that I would like my son to use the school coach service from September. His name is Peter Parker in 7H. We would like Canons Corner – London Road Bus Stop.

Thank you,

Mr Parker

New joiners don't know their forms yet. If they reply to the message for current parents, it's likely to confuse the whole system.

Better to wait for official contact from the school. There's a lot of admin for new joiners, but the school has a pretty good process for dealing with it all.

Don't worry, they've never run out of spaces on the coach!

If you're still anxious, contact the school rather than replying to a message not meant for you. Otherwise you run the risk of your email not being properly recorded - then you would end up without a coach place!!

yes it should be obvious and a matter of 'common sense' that new / prospective parents should not use the message clearly marked to be 'for existing parents'.

At the same time, from personal experience, they are better than this where someone would end up without a place due to some admin / procedural glitch.
