We have decided to take public transport as I know I get stressed if I cannot find parking. At least this way we can both have a nice calm time on the journey in (as long as TFL does not let down)

Agreed - (in the grand scheme of things, where 11+ often brings out the absolute worst of selfishness in people), please do leave the hospital car parks for those sick patients and the staff who have to treat them - leave a little earlier and walk a little further - the fresh air will do your child the world of good.

The traffic around school is very heavy. come by bus and save your nerves.

Some trying to actually drive all the way to the school gates past the queue as if they are special.

Some parking over resident's driveways

Piggy's you've totally missed the point and jumped the gun.
Agreed it's a hospital but you pay for a parking ticket and principally it's good and safe enough.
I've seen parents who were sitting and using the space in the cafe and it's chocker blocked. Then what, you would retort by telling them that don't they know it's a hospital. So what does one have to say to that?

We were there at 7:45, queued up behind 10-12 kids. The children were taken in at 8:10.

A long queue “to be read as bold caps” had build up by then.
