My eldest son has thrived at DAO. Set 1, prizes, plays, orchestra, the lot. But he’s very driven and focused, as is his male friend group.
Next son hasn’t fared as well. He’s just as bright, in fact did better in the CAT test, but he has struggled with the immaturity of the other boys and found it very hard to settle. The school is helping, but I do wonder if they really understand and support boys properly.
