There’s a St Michael’s in Garston on the same road as Parmiter’s.

Ah. That makes a lot more sense (assuming that it is mixed?) than either tiffiboys' or my musings .KS10 wrote:There’s a St Michael’s in Garston on the same road as Parmiter’s.

The wait list for 2020 hasn’t moved at all since the school has reopened. This is quite a deviation from past years. Does anyone know why..
Re: QE Boys waiting list
Do not think there will be any more movement from now on. From March to Sep the WL has moved a significant numberDad201920 wrote:The wait list for 2020 hasn’t moved at all since the school has reopened. This is quite a deviation from past years. Does anyone know why..

- those holding indie and state places to the bitter end, who would normally have ditched the state school at this point, have cut their losses at just a term's worth of fees and gone with the state place instead?Dad201920 wrote:The wait list for 2020 hasn’t moved at all since the school has reopened. - people actually read and heeded the advice given absolutely everywhere except at the school gate by their equally ignorant friends and put the school they actually wanted and were likely to get in first place on their CAF?
- people have stuck with QE even having put somewhere else above it on their CAF and the other place having come up?
I'm sure there are more possibilities .

I think people are understandably just too nervous to commit to 7 years fees.
One of our local private junior schools has lost 25% of their pupils.
They have gone down to one form entry in reception for the first time in over 20 years.
