Thank you very much for your response, Daogroupie. I guess it is therefore safe to conclude there will not be an impact on DAO due to their early registration deadline.

Government have now given the go ahead for tests results to be known after 31 October 2020. In Kent they are allowing 6 preferences instead of 4, as a one off.
