do they send emails to children who get into first 300 and then the rest of the children gets the outcome email?

how does it work?

it is normally all together but after 2.5 hours of yes I don't think the no's have started coming out yet. DG

Very likely. That’s what happened 2 years ago. The top 300 received results earlier, the rest got it on the following day.

So it looks like a No for my DD then. Not sure how she will take it when the email lands tomorrow (she did put in a lot of effort in the last 2 years) :(

As this is the only grammar school we could get in, it's time to look at states schools near us and get CAF submitted by Friday :shock:

So the wait has ended for us on an unhappy note. 349.03 is the cutoff this year. My DD missed out by 1.30 marks. She did her best and got mighty close so no regrets.

Best of luck to those who have been invited to the next round.

cutoff of 349.03 is marginally higher than last year cutoff of 348.44.

My DD selected for second round. I heard there's no creative writing this year.

Could you please guide what they'll ask in English paper?
