QE BOYS lowest score to secure a place on Monday 1st March

We already know that all those who have scored 240 and higher have a place and some of those closer to the school on 239.
That figure is if every ds accepts his place.
I predict that the lowest score to be offered a place tomorrow will be between 234 and 232.
We will know by the end of tomorrow. DG

235 has got a place.

We now know that the last score to get a place today is now 234 or 235.
235 in Essex got in and 234 in Slough did not so it is likely 234s closer to the school did get in and ones further away did not.

The schools do not send out the emails, they are sent by your education authority.
So some have sent them out, some have not.
But we now know that all those 233 and below have not got a place and all those 236 and above have.
The last score to get in today is either 235 or 234. DG

Last the ranks reached those closest to the school on 229 by September so there is still hope for those on 233 to 229. DG

Applications have gone up by almost one third since 2015 from 1946 to 2928 in 2021.
In my opinion this will continue as more of those who have previously only considered private school start to take a closer look at what QE has to offer. DG

2928 boys sat the exam in September 2021. DG

Just heard 234 very close to the school did not get a place so it may well mean that the last score to get a place today was 235 but it will start going through the 234s very soon. We know several DC who are turning QE down for Westminster, HABS, St Pauls and City. DG
