I know of a student who put QE 2nd and was holding a place a few years ago, but their first choice was DAO. QE was very very keen to pin them down to a date to come into school for Uniform fitting, so anyone currently holding a place who is planning to take up another place will find it very hard to avoid these phone calls. The student was finally offered a DAO place in the very last week of August and became the last student to be offered a place that year.
So nyr is right to say that the uniform phone calls are likely to push those holding a place and not intending to take it into giving it up. DG

Does anyone know any updated regading W/L this year? Is there any hope anymore or it is all over?

Stuck on 15 for over 6 weeks now.

I'm sure there will be SOME movement - but don't expect too much.

The waiting list for entry into the School in September 2022 has reached position 18. as per QE website

We got an offer yesterday W/L no18.
