Can anyone give me some detailed information how to process an appeal. If anyone has experience would like to hear from them.

why not have a look at the questions and answers at the top of the page.
Also there may be a forum which relates directly to appeals in your area. Where are you?

I live in north london and my appeal will be for QE Boys Barnet.

Try the hertfordshire forum about half way down the page. I think they may have some more specific advice for you there.
