EPE N-VR CD Vol 1 - Query

Are there two possible answers to EPE N-VR CD Volume 1, No.7, Related Shapes, Set C, Question 14?

Answer states B which is a mirror image but am I correct in saying that the answer could also be D which is a 180Â° Rotation?

My son has answered this question on two occasions and given D as the answer both times.

If there are two possible answers to the question, could the question be ammended to avoid confusion.
